At the time the largest painting I had ever attempted. Measuring 4 x 6 feet, this piece was inspired by Gustave Dore’s etchings of Dante’s Inferno as well as Michelangelo’s fresco, “The Last Judgement” housed in the Sistine Chapel.

The title is a nod to Dali and his penchant for melodramatic (and verbosely) titled paintings.
